CD40107BE TI Gates and Inverters
The CD40107B is a dual 2-input NAND buffer/driver with high-current open-drain outputs capable of sinking up to 100 mA, operating from a 3 V to 18 V supply. It features two independent 2-input NAND gates with symmetrical output characteristics, designed for driving high-capacitance loads. Packaged in an 8-pin PDIP (N) for through-hole mounting, it is ideal for interfacing CMOS logic to relays, lamps, and LEDs.
