CD4011BE TI Gates and Inverters

The CD4011B is a quad 2-input NAND gate with standard CMOS logic operation from 3V to 18V supply. It features four independent 2-input NAND gates in a single 14-pin PDIP package, providing low static power consumption of 5µW maximum at 5V and high noise immunity typical of 40-series CMOS logic. The device provides symmetrical output drive and propagation delay of 50ns typical at 10V. The CD4011B can drive one TTL load. Wide supply voltage range makes it suitable for battery-powered and industrial applications. Selection is ideal for general-purpose logic implementation in through-hole designs requiring wide voltage tolerance.
