CD4015BM96 TI Shift Registers
The CD4015B is a dual 4-bit serial-in/parallel-out shift register, operating from a 3-V to 18-V supply. It features two independent 4-bit shift registers, each with its own serial input, clock input, master reset, and four buffered parallel outputs. The device uses positive-edge triggering for data shifting and an active-high reset.
