CD4016BM96 TI Analog Switches, Multiplexers, Demultiplexers
The CD4016B is a quad bilateral switch for analog and digital signal transmission. It operates over a wide supply range of 3V to 18V, supporting both digital and analog signals up to the full supply voltage. Each switch features independent ON/OFF control via a high-level signal. Typical on-state resistance is 500Ω at 10V, with extremely low leakage current (10 nA). Selection is driven by high-voltage analog switching requirements. Applications include analog signal multiplexing/demultiplexing, chopper stabilization for operational amplifiers, modulator/demodulator circuits, and programmable gain amplifiers in industrial and consumer equipment requiring wide voltage tolerance.
