CD4047BE TI Multivibrators
The CD4047B is a low-power monostable/astable multivibrator capable of operating in both monostable and astable modes, operating from 3V to 18V supply. It provides both buffered Q and Q-bar outputs, with 50% duty cycle in astable mode and retriggerable monostable operation. The device features low static power consumption typical of 40-series CMOS logic. Propagation delay is 50ns typical at 10V. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. Packaged in 14-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting. Selection is ideal for timing and pulse generation in high-voltage CMOS systems requiring wide voltage range. Applications include frequency generators, pulse position modulators, time-delay circuits, and tone generators in industrial controls, consumer electronics, and automotive systems.
