The CD4047B is a low-power monostable/astable multivibrator capable of operating in both mono-stable and astable modes. It operates from 3V to 18V and provides both buffered Q and Q-bar outputs. The device features 50% duty cycle in astable mode and retriggerable monostable operation. Selection is ideal for timing and pulse generation. Applications include frequency generators, pulse position modulators, time delay circuits, and tone generators in industrial control and consumer electronics.
