CD4060BE TI Counters, Dividers

The CD4060B is a 14-stage ripple-carry binary counter/divider with internal oscillator, operating from 3V to 18V supply. It integrates an on-chip oscillator with RC or crystal control, eliminating external oscillator components. The device provides 10 buffered outputs (Q4 to Q14) and a master reset to clear the counter. Typical propagation delay is 29ns at 10V. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. Packaged in 16-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting. Selection is suited for time-delay generation and frequency division without external clock source. Applications include LED flashers with long timing intervals, frequency synthesizers, real-time clock dividers, and timer circuits for appliances requiring minimal component count.
