The CD4067B is a single 16-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer operating from 3V to 18V supply. It features 75ns propagation delay at 10V and 180Ω typical on-resistance at 10V. The device includes an inhibit input that disables all channels, placing output in high-impedance state. Four binary control inputs select one of 16 channels. Selection is ideal for high-voltage analog signal routing requiring 16 channels.
