The CD4067B is a single 16-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer operating from 3 V to 18 V single supply or ±2.5 V to ±10 V dual supplies . It features break-before-make switching, 125 Ω typical on-resistance at 10 V, 5 pF input capacitance, and 14 MHz bandwidth . An inhibit input disables all channels, placing the output in a high-impedance state, while four binary control inputs select one of 16 channels . Quiescent current is 40 µA typical, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C . Selection is ideal for high-voltage analog signal routing requiring 16 input channels. Applications include data acquisition systems, sensor scanning for industrial automation, audio signal routing, battery management system voltage monitoring, and test equipment requiring 16:1 multiplexing.
