CD4071BE TI Gates and Inverters

The CD4071B is a quad 2-input OR gate with standard CMOS logic operation from 3 V to 18 V supply. It features four independent 2-input OR gates with low static power consumption of 5 μW maximum at 5 V and high noise immunity typical of the 4000-series CMOS family. The device provides symmetrical output drive and a propagation delay of 50 ns typical at 10 V. Packaged in a 14-pin PDIP for through-hole mounting, it operates over a –55 °C to 125 °C temperature range. Selection is ideal for general-purpose OR logic implementation in through-hole designs requiring wide voltage tolerance. Applications include logic function synthesis, enable signal generation, address decoding, and digital logic in prototyping, education, automotive electronics, and battery-powered consumer devices.
