CD4072BE TI Gates and Inverters

The CD4072B is a dual 4-input OR gate with standard CMOS logic operation from 3V to 18V supply. It features two independent 4-input OR gates in a single 14-pin PDIP package, providing low static power consumption of 5µW maximum at 5V and high noise immunity typical of 40-series CMOS logic. The device provides symmetrical output drive and propagation delay of 50ns typical at 10V. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. Selection is ideal for general-purpose OR logic implementation in through-hole designs requiring wide voltage tolerance. Applications include logic function synthesis, enable signal generation, address decoding, and digital logic implementation in prototyping, education, automotive electronics, and battery-powered consumer devices.
