CD4504BPWR TI Translators, Level Shifters

The CD4504B is a CMOS hex voltage level shifter designed for TTL-to-CMOS or CMOS-to-CMOS level translation. It operates with VDD (output supply) from 5V to 15V and VCC (input supply) from 5V to 15V, with select pin allowing TTL or CMOS input signal compatibility. The device features six independent level-shifting channels and provides hysteresis for improved noise immunity. When the select pin is high, inputs are compatible with TTL levels; when low, inputs are compatible with CMOS levels. Selection is ideal for interfacing between different logic families with varying supply voltages. Applications include 5V TTL to 15V CMOS translation, mixed-voltage system interfacing, industrial control logic level conversion, and automotive electronics requiring voltage domain translation.
