CD4512BM96 TI Signal Switches, Multiplexers, Decoders

The CD4512B is a CMOS 8-channel data selector/multiplexer with 3-state outputs, operating from 3 V to 18 V supply. It features eight digital inputs, three address inputs, an inhibit input, and a 3-state output. The device selects one of eight data sources based on the address, with the inhibit input forcing the output into high-impedance state. Low static power consumption is typical of 40-series CMOS logic. Housed in a 16-pin SOIC package, this multiplexer is characterized for operation from –55°C to 125°C. Selection is ideal for high-voltage CMOS systems requiring 8:1 digital multiplexing with 3-state output.
