CD4543BE TI Latches

The CD4543B is a BCD-to-7-segment latch/decoder/driver with active-high and active-low outputs, operating from a 3V to 18V supply. It features latch and blanking functions, with outputs capable of driving common-cathode or common-anode LED displays. The device decodes 4-bit BCD input to 7-segment output, with ripple blanking for leading zero suppression. Packaged in a 16-pin PDIP (N) (19.3mm × 6.4mm) for through-hole mounting, it is ideal for driving 7-segment LED displays in high-voltage CMOS systems.
