The CD4543BM96 is a CMOS BCD-to-7-segment latch/decoder/driver from Texas Instruments in SOIC-16 package. Operating from 3 V to 18 V, it features phase and blanking inputs, latch enable, and direct LED drive capability. The outputs are capable of sinking up to 4-mA.
