CD74HC4067SM96 TI Analog Switches, Multiplexers, Demultiplexers

The CD74HC4067 is a single 16-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer with high-speed CMOS technology, operating from 2V to 6V supply. It features 89MHz bandwidth and 60Ω typical on-resistance at 5V, with 75ns propagation delay. The device includes an enable input that disables all channels, placing the output in high-impedance state. Four binary control inputs (S0 to S3) select one of 16 channels to connect the common input/output pin (COM). The CD74HC4067 supports both analog and digital signals with low crosstalk and break-before-make switching. Supply current is 8µA maximum at 5V. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. Selection is ideal for analog signal routing requiring high channel count in industrial and automotive applications.
