DA112S1RL ST Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS)

The DA112S1RL is a 12-channel ESD protection diode array from STMicroelectronics, designed for protecting sensitive electronic equipment against electrostatic discharge and overvoltage transients. For selection, verify operating voltage, low line capacitance for signal integrity, high ESD protection level up to ±15kV contact discharge (IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4), low leakage current for minimal signal distortion, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C.
