The DAC121S101 is a 12-bit, single-channel, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter with a 3-wire SPI interface . It operates from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply, consumes a typical 260-µA supply current, and features a rail-to-rail output amplifier. Settling time is 10 µs, with 8-LSB integral nonlinearity (INL). The device includes a power-on reset (0 V) and a power-down mode reducing current to 200 nA. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DDC), it is ideal for portable, battery-powered applications requiring a small footprint.
