The DAC8560 is a 16-bit, single-channel, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a 3-wire SPI interface, operating from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply. It features a 10-µs settling time, a rail-to-rail output amplifier, and includes an internal 2.5-V reference with 2-ppm/°C drift. The device consumes only 500 µA of supply current and includes a power-on reset (0 V) and a power-down mode. Packaged in an 8-pin VSSOP (DGK) (3 mm × 3 mm), it is ideal for portable instrumentation, sensor calibration, industrial process control, and programmable voltage references requiring 16-bit resolution.
