The DG441DY‑T1‑E3 from Vishay is a monolithic quad SPST CMOS analog switch in a 16‑pin SOIC package, purpose‑built for high‑speed, low‑error switching of analog and audio signals. For selection, it offers 4 independent circuits in a normally closed (NC) configuration, with a low typical on‑resistance of 50 Ω (85 Ω max) and 4 Ω max on‑resistance matching. The fast switching times of 150 ns tON and 90 ns tOFF, combined with exceptionally low charge injection of –1 pC and off‑leakage of just 80 pA typical (500 pA max), ensure minimal signal distortion and pedestal errors. It supports a wide supply range of ±15 V dual or 12 V single, with TTL/CMOS‑compatible logic inputs, 0.2 mW power consumption, and –40 °C to +85 °C operation. In application, the DG441DY‑T1‑E3 excels in precision audio and video signal routing, battery‑powered portable equipment, data‑acquisition and sample‑and‑hold circuits, medical instrumentation, automatic test equipment (ATE), communications systems, and high‑reliability industrial control.
