DP83822HRHBR is a low-power 10/100 Mbps Ethernet PHY transceiver from Texas Instruments for embedded and industrial wired networks. It fully complies with IEEE 802.3 standards, supporting 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps half/full duplex modes with auto-negotiation function. It integrates MII and RMII interfaces, on-chip line drivers and receivers, plus adaptive equalization for CAT5e/CAT6 cable transmission. Typical power consumption is 150 mW, with built-in surge and ESD protection, working from -40 °C to 85 °C in a 32-pin QFN. This PHY is chosen for industrial controllers, IP cameras, embedded Linux devices, IoT gateways and factory automation equipment needing reliable low-power Ethernet connectivity.
