DP83822HRHBT is a high-temperature tolerant 10/100Mbps Ethernet PHY transceiver from Texas Instruments, for harsh industrial and automotive wired network applications. It fully complies with IEEE 802.3 standard, supporting 10Mbps/100Mbps half-duplex and full-duplex modes plus automatic negotiation function, with MII and RMII interfaces for connecting main controllers. Optimized for high-temperature environments, it works stably up to 125°C, and integrates surge protection and ESD circuits to resist field interference. It features low power consumption, built-in link status indicators and adaptive equalization for CAT5e/CAT6 cables.
