The DP83848J is a 10/100-Mbps Ethernet physical layer (PHY) transceiver compliant with IEEE 802.3u standards, operating from a 3.3-V supply. It features auto-negotiation, cable diagnostics (TDX), and supports MII and RMII interfaces. The device includes integrated termination resistors for a reduced BOM cost and is rated for a commercial temperature range (0°C to 70°C). Packaged in a 48-pin LLP (SQ) (7 mm × 7 mm), it is ideal for consumer Ethernet applications.
