The DP83867CRRGZR is a reliable, low-power Gigabit Ethernet PHY transceiver from Texas Instruments designed for industrial applications, fully compliant with the IEEE 802.3 standard and supporting data rates up to 1 Gbps. It features low latency transmission for real-time applications, precision clock synchronization, IEEE 1588 Start of Frame Detection for accurate timestamping, and consumes low power of 457 mW under full operating power. The device supports Wake on LAN to further reduce system power consumption, includes advanced cable diagnostics for link monitoring, and features integrated equalizers for longer cable reach. It supports RGMII interface and includes auto-negotiation, auto-MDIX support, and Energy-Efficient Ethernet (EEE) power-saving features. Housed in a 48-pin VQFN (RGZ) package, it operates over 0°C to 70°C (commercial temperature range).
