The DP83867ERGZR is a robust, low-latency Gigabit Ethernet PHY transceiver from Texas Instruments, designed for extended temperature range applications with support for RGMII and SGMII MAC interfaces. It features extra low latency (TX <90 ns, RX <290 ns), is Time Sensitive Network (TSN) compliant, and consumes low power of 457 mW. The device exceeds 8000V IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection, meets EN55011 class B emission standards, and includes features such as programmable RGMII delay modes, integrated MDI termination resistors, Wake-on-LAN (WoL) packet detection, synchronized clock output, and RJ45 mirror mode. It is fully compatible with IEEE 802.3 10BASE-Te, 100BASE-TX, and 1000BASE-T specifications. Housed in a 48-pin VQFN (RGZ) package, it operates over -40°C to 105°C.
