DRV5021A1QDBZR TI Magnetic Sensors - Switches (Solid State)

The DRV5021 is a Hall effect sensor switch optimized for 3.3V and 5V systems. It features a unipolar magnetic characteristic with a sensitive threshold (Bop: 2.5 mT). It operates from 2.5V to 5.5V and consumes 2.3 mA typical. It features an open-drain output with a 20kΩ internal pull-up resistor. Selection is suitable for low-power, contactless switching. Applications include consumer appliance door sensing, e-latch systems in smart meters, and position detection in exercise equipment where a low-voltage, low-cost magnetic switch is required.
