DRV5055A2QLPG TI Magnetic Sensors - Linear, Compass (ICs)

The DRV5055A2QLPG is a linear Hall effect sensor with analog output proportional to magnetic flux density, operating from 3V to 3.63V or 4.5V to 5.5V supply . The A2 option provides a sensitivity of ±42mT to ±44mT sensing range. The device features temperature compensation for stable operation across -40°C to 125°C, 20kHz bandwidth for fast response, and ratiometric output that scales with supply voltage. Maximum supply current is 10mA, with output current capability of 1mA. Housed in a through-hole TO-92-3 package, the DRV5055A2 is ideal for contactless linear position sensing requiring analog output. Applications include linear position measurement for throttle pedals, joystick position sensing, displacement measurement in industrial automation, current sensing using magnetic cores, and proximity detection.
