The DRV8212 is an integrated H-bridge motor driver with four N-channel power FETs, operating from 1.65V to 11V supply . It delivers up to 4A peak output current with total MOSFET on-resistance of 280mΩ. The device supports multiple control interface modes including standard PWM (IN1/IN2), phase/enable (PH/EN), independent half-bridge, and parallel half-bridge configurations . A tripler charge pump integrates all capacitors, reducing solution size and enabling 100% duty cycle operation. Ultra-low power sleep mode draws <84.5nA at 5V. Built-in protection includes UVLO, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown . Selection is ideal for battery-powered motor drive applications. Applications include brushed DC motors for battery-powered toys, portable medical devices, consumer electronics, relays, solenoids, and LED loads.
