The DRV8212P is an integrated H-bridge motor driver with four N-channel power FETs, operating from 1.65V to 11V supply. It delivers up to 4A peak output current with total MOSFET on-resistance of 280mΩ. The device supports multiple control interface modes including standard PWM (IN1/IN2), phase/enable (PH/EN), and independent half-bridge configurations. An integrated charge pump enables 100% duty cycle operation. Ultra-low power sleep mode draws <84.5nA at 5V. Built-in protection includes UVLO, overcurrent, and thermal shutdown. Packaged in 8-pin WSON. Selection is ideal for battery-powered motor drive applications.
