The DRV8231DDAR is a 37V, 2.6A brushed DC motor driver with integrated current sensing from Texas Instruments in 8-pin SOIC PowerPAD (DDA) package. For selection, verify supply from 4.5V to 37V, peak output current of 2.6A, RDS(on) of 500mΩ typical, current regulation using integrated current sensing (no external sense resistor required), PWM control interface compatible with 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V logic, low-power sleep mode, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. Ideal for printers, scanners, office automation, robotics, small pumps and fans, medical equipment, and consumer electronics requiring brushed DC motor control.
