DRV8300DRGER TI Gate Drivers
The DRV8300 is a three-phase, high-side and low-side gate driver designed for BLDC motor drive applications, operating from a 5-V to 20-V supply . It features three independent half-bridge drivers capable of driving N-channel MOSFETs with peak source and sink currents of 750 mA and 1.5 A, respectively . The device includes a bootstrap voltage rating of 105 V (maximum), 12-ns typical rise/fall times, and supports both inverting and non-inverting input configurations . Operating temperature range is –40°C to 125°C . Packaged in a 24-pin VQFN (4 mm × 4 mm) (DRG) with PowerPAD. The DRV8300 is ideal for three-phase BLDC motor drives in industrial automation, power tools, drones, and robotics requiring high-current gate drive capability with integrated protection.
