DRV8316CRRGFR TI Power MOSFET
The DRV8316C is a 40-V, 8-A peak three-phase integrated FET motor driver for brushless DC (BLDC) motors . It integrates three half-bridge N-channel power MOSFETs and includes integrated current sensing (CSA) for accurate torque control without external sense resistors. The device features low RDS(on) of 0.19 Ω (max), a control interface with PWM or analog inputs, and protection circuits including undervoltage lockout (UVLO), overcurrent, and thermal shutdown. Packaged in a 40-pin VQFN (RGFR) (6 mm × 6 mm), it is ideal for industrial and automotive motor drive applications. Applications include small appliances, pumps, fans, robotics, and medical pumps requiring high-performance, space-saving BLDC drive solutions.
