DRV8320HRTVR TI Power MOSFET
The DRV8320H is a three-phase BLDC gate driver with integrated current sensing amplifiers and 60-V maximum voltage, operating from a 6-V to 60-V supply. It features three half-bridge gate drivers for driving external N-channel MOSFETs, with smart gate drive architecture for adjustable gate current. The device includes three integrated current sense amplifiers, overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. Packaged in a 32-pin WQFN (RTV) (5 mm × 5 mm) with PowerPAD, the DRV8320H is ideal for industrial and automotive BLDC motor drives.
