DRV8412DDWR TI Power MOSFET
The DRV8412 is a high-performance, integrated dual full-bridge motor driver with an advanced protection system. It operates with a supply voltage up to 52V and achieves up to 97% efficiency using low RDS(on) MOSFETs (110mΩ). It delivers up to 2 × 3A continuous output current (2 × 6A peak) in dual full-bridge mode or 6A continuous (12A peak) in parallel mode. The device operates at PWM frequencies up to 500kHz and features cycle-by-cycle current limit protection, undervoltage, overtemperature, overload, and short-circuit protection. Packaged in a 44-pin HTSSOP (DDW) with PowerPAD™, it is ideal for robotics, textile machinery, and office automation equipment requiring high-power bidirectional motor control.
