DRV8801PWPR TI Power MOSFET
The DRV8801 is a 2.8A brushed DC motor driver with current regulation, operating from an 8V to 36V supply. It features a simple PWM control interface, integrated H-bridge with low RDS(on) FETs (450mΩ typical), and includes overcurrent and thermal protection. The device supports low-power sleep mode (1.1µA typical) and features a current-sense output for monitoring motor current. Current regulation is achieved via a fixed off-time scheme. Packaged in a 16-pin HTSSOP (PWP) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for industrial and consumer motor drive applications.
