DRV8804DWR TI Power MOSFET

The DRV8804DWR is a quad low-side driver IC from Texas Instruments, capable of driving up to 1A per channel. It is intended for driving inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, and DC motors. It operates from a motor supply of 8.2V to 60V and features built-in flyback diodes for inductive kickback protection. The device includes a simple parallel interface and thermal shutdown.
