DRV8825PWPR TI Power MOSFET
The DRV8825 is a stepper motor driver with a 2.5-A peak output current capability (1.5-A RMS), operating from 8.2 V to 45 V supply. It supports up to 1/32 microstepping for smooth and precise motion control, with a simple STEP/DIR interface. The device integrates low RDS(on) FETs (0.4 Ω typical) and includes overcurrent, thermal shutdown, undervoltage, and short-circuit protection. Packaged in a 28-pin HTSSOP with PowerPAD, it is ideal for a wide range of stepper motor applications.
