DRV8833PWPR TI Power MOSFET

The DRV8833 is a dual H-bridge motor driver capable of driving two brushed DC motors or one stepper motor. It operates from 2.7V to 10.8V supply and delivers up to 2A peak output current per bridge (1.5A RMS). The device integrates low on-resistance NMOS power FETs (360mΩ typical per channel) and supports simple PWM control interface with independent half-bridge control. Built-in protection features include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, undervoltage lockout, and shoot-through protection. Current regulation is implemented with simple external resistor sensing. Selection is ideal for low-voltage motor drive applications in battery-powered systems.
