DRV8833PWR TI Power MOSFET
The DRV8833PWR is a dual H-bridge motor driver from Texas Instruments, capable of driving two brushed DC motors or one bipolar stepper motor. It operates from a 2.7V to 10.8V supply and can deliver up to 2A of peak output current per channel. The device features a PWM winding current regulation and current limiting function, with low MOSFET ON-resistance of 360 mΩ. Built-in protection includes overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, overtemperature shutdown, and a low-power sleep mode. Housed in a 16-pin TSSOP package , it is characterized for operation from -40°C to 85°C.
