DRV8833RTYR TI Power MOSFET

The DRV8833 is a dual H-bridge motor driver capable of driving two DC brushed motors or one bipolar stepper motor, operating from a 2.7V to 10.8V supply. It delivers up to 1.5A RMS (2A peak) per H-bridge and features a low RDS(on) of 360 mΩ (HS+LS), PWM current regulation, and a low-power sleep mode. The device includes overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, undervoltage lockout, and thermal shutdown. Packaged in a 16-pin WQFN (RTY) (4mm × 4mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for battery-powered toys, robotics, office automation, and portable medical devices requiring dual motor control.
