DRV8834PWPR TI Power MOSFET

The DRV8834 is a stepper motor driver with 2.5-A peak output current capability, operating from 2.5 V to 10.8 V supply . It integrates two H-bridges for driving bipolar stepper motors or two brushed DC motors, featuring low on-resistance FETs (360 mΩ typical) . The device supports 1/32 microstepping for smooth motion, with simple STEP/DIR control interface. Built-in protection includes overcurrent, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. Operating temperature range is –40°C to 85°C. Selection is ideal for low-voltage stepper motor drive in battery-powered applications. Applications include battery-powered printers, portable medical devices, toy robotics, CCTV pan-tilt-zoom systems, and office automation requiring fine microstepping control.
