DRV8835DSSR TI Power MOSFET
The DRV8835 is a dual H-bridge motor driver capable of driving two brushed DC motors or one stepper motor with up to 1.5-A peak output current per bridge, operating from a 2-V to 11-V supply. It features a simple PWM control interface and low RDS(on) FETs. Built-in protection includes overcurrent, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. Packaged in a 12-pin WSON (DSS) (3 mm × 3 mm), it is ideal for low-voltage, battery-powered motor drive applications.
