DRV8841PWPR TI Power MOSFET
The DRV8841 is a dual H-bridge motor driver capable of driving two brushed DC motors or one stepper motor with up to 2.5-A peak output current per bridge, operating from a 8.2-V to 45-V supply. It features simple control interface, current regulation, and overcurrent, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage protection. Packaged in a 28-pin HTSSOP (PWP) (9.7 mm × 4.4 mm) with PowerPAD. Ideal for consumer and industrial motor drive applications, the DRV8841 is suited for printers, office automation, robotics, and automotive body electronics.
