DRV8908QPWPRQ1 TI Power MOSFET
The DRV8908-Q1 is an automotive-grade 8-channel half-bridge driver for DC motor and solenoid control, qualified for AEC-Q100. It operates from a 4.5-V to 32-V input, with each half-bridge capable of sinking and sourcing up to 1 A continuous output current. The device features an SPI interface for configuration and diagnostic reporting, open-load detection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. Output drive current can be adjusted via external resistors. Packaged in a 24-pin HTSSOP with PowerPAD (PWP) (7.8 mm × 4.4 mm), the DRV8908-Q1 is ideal for automotive body electronics.
