It operates from a 4.5-V to 32-V input, with each half-bridge capable of sinking and sourcing up to 1-A continuous output current. The device features a SPI interface for configuration and diagnostic reporting, open-load detection, overcurrent protection, and thermal shutdown. Packaged in a 24-pin HTSSOP (PWP) (7.8 mm × 4.4 mm) with PowerPAD, it is ideal for automotive body electronics.
