DS110DF1610FB/NOPB is a 16-channel 10 Gbps multi-lane retimer from Texas Instruments for large-scale data center communication systems. All 16 channels support up to 10.3125 Gbps data rate, compatible with Fibre Channel, PCIe and SATA. Integrated equalization, de-emphasis and clock data recovery suppress jitter and signal loss on complex backplanes and long cables. Configurable power modes optimize overall system energy efficiency, with built-in fault monitoring for system maintenance. It works from -40 °C to 85 °C. This component uses a 196-FCBGA package with 15x15 mm dimension. Main applications include large data center switches, enterprise storage networks and multi-lane high-speed serial communication infrastructure.
