The DS15MB200TSQ/NOPB is a dual 1:2 multiplexer/2:1 demultiplexer from Texas Instruments designed for high-speed LVDS and LVPECL signal switching applications. The device supports data rates up to 1.5 Gbps and features two channels of 1-to-2 mux and 2-to-1 de-mux capability, allowing flexible signal routing between sources and destinations. It includes programmable input equalization and output pre-emphasis for compensation of channel losses, with low additive jitter and low power dissipation. Housed in a 48-pin WQFN (TSQ) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C. Applications include backplane signal routing, redundant system switching, telecom line cards, high-speed data distribution, and test equipment requiring high-speed signal selection.
