DS320PR1601ZDGR TI Signal Buffers, Repeaters, Splitters
The DS320PR1601ZDGR is a 16-channel (x16) 32-Gbps linear redriver from Texas Instruments designed for PCI Express 5.0, CXL 2.0, UPI 2.0, and other high-speed interfaces. The device features 16 independent channels supporting data rates up to 32 Gbps, linear equalization optimized for PCIe 5.0 CEM compliance, and ultra-low latency of 130 ps. Key specifications include CTLE boost of 21dB at 16GHz, low additive random jitter of 50fs for PRBS data, low active power of 164mW per channel, and excellent return loss performance. The device features 64 integrated AC coupling capacitors on Tx pins for board space savings, supports x4, x8, x16 bus widths, and includes I2C/SMBus or EEPROM programming. Housed in a 354-pin NFBGA (ZDG) package (8.90mm × 22.80mm), it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
