The DS560DF810ALUR is an eight-channel multi-rate retimer from Texas Instruments featuring integrated signal conditioning and independent channel operation. All channels lock independently to both PAM4 and NRZ data rates from 19.6 to 28.9 GBd, making it suitable for up to CEI-56G, Ethernet (400 GbE), fibre channel (64GFC), InfiniBand (HDR), and CPRI/eCPRI applications. It features a continuously adaptive CTLE, RX FFE, DFE, and a programmable 4-tap TX FFE filter, supporting 30+ dB channel loss at 13.28 GHz. An integrated 2×2 crosspoint per channel pair enables lane switching, 2-to-1 mux, 1-to-2 de-mux, and 1-to-2 fanout for diagnostic monitoring. The device includes a gearbox mode for NRZ/PAM4 conversion, an eye opening monitor, and PRBS generator/checker. Housed in an FCCSP (ALU) package with integrated AC coupling capacitors, it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
