DS64BR111SQ/NOPB TI Signal Buffers, Repeaters, Splitters
The DS64BR111SQ/NOPB is a 2-channel, 6.4 Gbps repeater/redriver from Texas Instruments designed for high-speed signal conditioning in backplane and cable applications. The device features two independent channels supporting data rates up to 6.4 Gbps for NRZ signaling, programmable continuous time linear equalization (CTLE) to compensate for channel losses, and output swing control with de-emphasis. It includes low additive jitter, low power dissipation, and supports either pin-strap or I2C control for configuration. Housed in a 24-pin WQFN (SQ) package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
